We're working with a brilliant global consumer business behind a portfolio of well-known, much-loved brands. They have a fun, fast-paced culture, fantastic offices and a genuinely collaborative team.

They're looking for an Account Manager to join their UK commercial team- but you don't need to already be an Account Manager.

• An Assistant Buyer / Junior Buyer curious about life on the other side of the buying table
• A Sales or Account Coordinator ready for more ownership
• In regional or field sales and looking to move into an HQ-based Account Management role
• From another commercial retail background with the right transferable skills

Working alongside an experienced Senior National Account Manager, you'll build relationships with key retail customers and get involved in customer meetings, presentations, account planning, range selections, promotions, forecasting and analysing sales performance- with increasing ownership as you develop. These are all central elements of the role.

We're looking for someone commercially switched on, confident with people, comfortable with numbers and ready to take the next step.

Coming from Buying? Your understanding of retail, ranges, stock, performance and commercial decision-making could give you a brilliant foundation for Account Management. You're not starting again- you're taking those skills to the other side of the table.

Based in High Wycombe, this will suit someone who enjoys being part of an energetic office environment, with some flexibility to work from home.
