About the Role
Our client is actively seeking a motivated and results-driven Remote Insurance Sales Specialist to join their expanding virtual sales force, with this role being fully remote and servicing clients across South Africa. You will be responsible for proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, understanding client needs, and providing tailored insurance solutions. This is an exceptional opportunity for a sales professional who excels in a remote setting, possesses strong communication and persuasion skills, and is passionate about helping individuals and businesses secure the right insurance coverage.
Key Responsibilities- Generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline through proactive outreach, networking, and follow-up.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments with potential clients to understand their insurance requirements.
- Present and sell a range of insurance products, clearly articulating benefits and value propositions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotes tailored to individual client needs.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective closing techniques.
- Maintain accurate client records and sales activity in the CRM system.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the insurance industry or financial services sector.
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, suitable for remote interaction.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to manage time effectively in a work-from-home environment .
- Proficiency with CRM software and virtual communication tools.
- Relevant insurance qualifications or licenses are advantageous.
