• Proven experience as a Sales Operations Manager or in a similar sales support/operations role, preferably in the FMCG sector.
• Strong proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Experience in developing and documenting sales processes and policies.
