Role Description  This full-time hybrid role of Sales Engineer/Senior Sales Engineer is based in Mumbai, with a mix of on-site client engagement and some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves identifying customer needs, presenting technical solutions, preparing proposals, and supporting the sales cycle from prospecting to closure. Daily responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, coordinating with internal technical teams, providing pre- and post-sales technical support, and maintaining strong relationships with customers.

The Sales Engineer/Senior Sales Engineer will also track opportunities, update sales reports, contribute to market feedback, and ensure that customer expectations are met through clear communication and timely follow-up.
Qualifications
Strong sales engineering skills, including solution design and technical presentations.
Experience in technical support and troubleshooting for engineering or technology products.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with customers and internal teams.
Proven sales and customer service skills, with the ability to manage the full sales cycle.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in engineering or a related technical field is preferred.
Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Mumbai, manage travel to client sites, and handle multiple opportunities in parallel.
Proficiency with basic office and CRM tools, and strong organizational and time-management skills.
Prior experience in industrial HVLS Fans, HVAC, or related engineering solutions will be an advantage.
