About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Inside Sales Specialist to join their expanding team, operating entirely remotely. In this pivotal role, you will focus on driving sales through inbound and outbound communication channels, qualifying leads, and nurturing prospective clients through the sales funnel. You will be a key player in achieving revenue targets by providing exceptional customer service and expertly demonstrating the value of our client's offerings.
This position is perfect for a seasoned sales professional who thrives in a self-directed, virtual environment and possesses excellent persuasive skills.
- Manage a pipeline of inbound and outbound leads, qualifying opportunities and setting up discovery calls.
- Conduct high-impact virtual product demonstrations and sales presentations tailored to client needs.
- Nurture relationships with prospective clients, providing timely follow-up and addressing concerns.
- Effectively close sales deals, ensuring all contract details are accurately documented.
- Collaborate with the external sales team to pass qualified leads and ensure a smooth handover.
- Analyze sales performance data and identify areas for improvement in the sales process.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in inside sales or a similar remote sales role.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas consistently.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with strong presentation abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot) and virtual meeting platforms.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong negotiation skills and a customer-centric approach.
