Key Responsibilities- Proactively generate and qualify leads through various online and telephonic channels.
- Conduct needs assessments with potential clients to understand their insurance requirements.
- Effectively present and explain a range of insurance products, highlighting benefits and coverage details.
- Guide clients through the application process and ensure accurate completion of all necessary forms.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and encourage referrals.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
- Self-motivated and disciplined, with a strong ability to work independently from a home office.
- Proficiency in CRM software and virtual communication tools.
- Possession of required insurance sales certifications or willingness to obtain them.
