Senior Inside Sales Representative

About the Role

Our client is looking for a high-achieving Senior Inside Sales Representative to join their fully remote sales team, with proximity to Mossel Bay, Western Cape. This position is ideal for experienced sales professionals who excel in driving revenue through phone and digital channels without the need for in-person client visits. You will manage inbound leads and proactively reach out to prospective clients to present solutions and close deals.

• Manage inbound sales inquiries and generate new leads through outbound prospecting efforts.
• Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations via video conferencing.
• Guide prospects through the sales process, from initial contact to contract closure.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with marketing and support teams to enhance sales collateral and customer experience.

• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in inside sales or a similar remote sales role.
• Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales quotas.
• Exceptional communication, active listening, and persuasive selling skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and remote collaboration tools.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
