Working Hours:
Monday - Friday, 9:00AM - 6:00PM
Work Arrangement:
Hybrid work arrangement with 1 work-from-home day per week upon successful completion of probation.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Promote and detail healthcare products to healthcare professionals and relevant stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and key healthcare decision-makers.
- Manage assigned territories and identify opportunities to grow business within existing and new accounts.
- Conduct product presentations and communicate product information professionally and effectively.
- Achieve sales targets and support overall business growth objectives.
- Gather market intelligence, monitor competitor activities, and identify customer needs.
- Support account development initiatives and collaborate with internal stakeholders to execute business plans.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and educational programmes when required.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical sales standards.
- Diploma or Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biomedical Science, Business, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, healthcare sales, or medical representative roles.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage customer accounts effectively.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Experience engaging healthcare professionals and institutional customers will be advantageous.
