About the Role
Our client is seeking a meticulous and analytical Sales Operations Specialist to join their team, operating in a fully remote capacity. This role is vital for optimizing the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales department by supporting processes, tools, and data management. You will work closely with sales leadership and team members to streamline operations, improve performance tracking, and enhance the overall sales workflow.

- Support the management and optimization of the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce), including data hygiene, user training, and process improvements.

- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including territory management and lead routing.
