The Sales Associate role is a full-time hybrid position based in Luton, with some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting customers with product selection, answering inquiries via phone, email, and online chat, and providing accurate information about Mexican groceries and specialty products. The role involves processing orders, managing returns and exchanges, and coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.

The Sales Associate will support business clients such as small shops and restaurants by preparing quotes, maintaining account records, and following up on leads. The role also includes updating product information online, contributing to promotions, and maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction.

• Strong customer service and communication skills, including clear written and verbal interaction with diverse customers.
• Sales and account support skills, such as handling inquiries, preparing basic quotes, and following up on leads.
• Basic e-commerce and administrative skills, including order processing, data entry, and use of online retail platforms.
• Organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple customer requests and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with technology, including email, spreadsheets, CRM or order management tools, and online chat systems.
• Interest in food retail; familiarity with Mexican cuisine or international groceries is an advantage.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting, collaborating onsite in Luton and independently from home.
• Previous experience in retail, grocery, or customer-facing roles is beneficial; formal qualifications in sales or business are a plus but not required.
