A Day in the Life
The Regional Account Manager is responsible for driving profitable growth within a portfolio of food service distributors, regional chains, and operator accounts across Ontario region. The role focuses on growing sales volume and margin through strategic account management, new business development, and strong customer relationships. Working cross-functionally with Marketing, Technical Services, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Finance, the Regional Account Manager will identify growth opportunities, deliver customer value, and execute Bunge's food service sales strategy.

What You'll Be Doing

Manage and grow a portfolio of food service distributor, operator, and regional chain accounts.

Develop and execute customer business plans aligned with company objectives.

Identify and secure new business opportunities within the assigned territory.

Build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders.

Collaborate with brokers, distributors, and internal teams to drive sales growth.

Support negotiations, contract management, forecasting, and pricing initiatives.

Monitor market trends, customer activity, and competitive developments.

Represent Bunge at customer meetings, industry events, and trade shows.

Skills & Experience Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Food Science, Agriculture, or a related field preferred.

5+ years of food service sales or account management experience.

Experience managing distributor and operator relationships.

Demonstrated success delivering sales growth and developing new business.

Approximately 25% travel

Valid driver's license required.

Bilingual English and French is preffered.

The compensation range for this position is $81,080 to $114,030 CAD annually. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
