About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Development Lead to spearhead their lead generation efforts in Bloemfontein . This role involves guiding a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to identify and qualify new business opportunities. You will play a crucial role in developing effective outbound strategies, coaching the team, and ensuring the achievement of lead generation targets. The position offers a remote-friendly approach, allowing for significant flexibility while maintaining key team interactions and performance oversight within the Free State.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to achieve ambitious lead generation goals.
- Develop and implement effective outbound sales strategies, including call scripts, email campaigns, and social selling techniques.
- Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct coaching sessions to enhance productivity and skill development.
- Collaborate with the wider sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with overall company objectives.
- Analyze lead generation data and metrics to identify trends, measure success, and optimize processes.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry within the CRM system for all team activities.
- Proven experience in Sales Development or a similar lead generation role, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
- Demonstrated success in building and managing high-performing sales development teams.
- Strong understanding of outbound prospecting methodologies and sales enablement tools.
- Excellent coaching, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and leverage insights to drive improvements.
- Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment is preferred.
