About the Role

Our client is looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Travel Consultant to join their fully remote team. You will be responsible for designing and booking customized travel experiences for clients, offering expert advice and exceptional service. This role requires a deep understanding of travel destinations, booking systems, and client needs, enabling you to create unforgettable journeys. You will work independently, managing your client portfolio and utilizing digital tools to provide a seamless and personalized booking process from anywhere.

• Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, and requirements.
• Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, and activities tailored to client needs.
• Book flights, hotels, tours, and other travel arrangements using industry booking platforms.
• Provide clients with detailed itineraries, travel documents, and essential pre-travel information.
• Handle any travel disruptions or changes proactively, offering solutions to clients.
• Stay up-to-date with travel trends, visa regulations, and destination information.

• Proven experience as a Travel Consultant or in a similar role within the travel industry.
• Excellent knowledge of global destinations and travel products.
• Proficiency with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) like Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.
• Strong sales, customer service, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets.
