About the Role
Our client seeks an enthusiastic and driven Insurance Sales Agent to join their vibrant team in Centurion . You will be responsible for prospecting, presenting, and selling a range of insurance products to new and existing clients. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with excellent communication and persuasive skills who is passionate about helping people protect their assets and futures.
You will build strong client relationships, understand their needs, and recommend suitable insurance solutions. Working in a dynamic sales environment, you'll have the opportunity to earn significant commission based on performance, contributing directly to the company's growth and success in the competitive insurance market.
- Identify potential customers through various prospecting methods, including networking and cold outreach.
- Conduct needs assessments to understand clients' financial situations and insurance requirements.
- Present and explain insurance policies, highlighting benefits and coverage options.
- Negotiate contract terms and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
- Provide post-sale support and maintain regular contact with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify additional needs.
- Keep abreast of new insurance products and market developments to enhance sales strategies.
- Proven track record in sales, preferably within the insurance industry .
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach and the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Centurion region.
