About the Role

Our client is seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Sales Representative to join their expanding team, offering a hybrid work arrangement . You will be responsible for driving sales of our client's products and services, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role involves engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting effective solutions. While the role is based in Port Elizabeth , the hybrid model provides flexibility, allowing for a blend of remote work and in-office collaboration, fostering a dynamic and productive work environment within the Eastern Cape.

• Actively pursue and engage potential customers to generate new sales leads and opportunities.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our client's offerings.
• Manage the sales pipeline effectively, from initial contact through to closing deals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales quotas and performance objectives.
• Provide timely and accurate sales reports to management.

• Proven experience in a sales role , with a track record of meeting sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a hybrid setup .
• Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools.
• Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
