About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and self-driven Remote Retail Sales Specialist to join their fully remote team, supporting their customer base across South Africa. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging potential customers online, over the phone, and via email to understand their needs, present product solutions, and close sales. You will leverage digital tools and communication platforms to deliver exceptional sales experiences without the need for a physical retail presence.

- Generate sales leads and manage a pipeline of potential customers through various remote channels (phone, email, social media).
- Conduct virtual product demonstrations and consultations to showcase offerings and address customer inquiries.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective remote selling techniques.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Provide timely and accurate updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions through CRM systems.
- Proven track record in sales, with at least 2 years of experience, preferably in a remote or telesales capacity.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills tailored for remote interactions.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other digital sales tools.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills to succeed in a remote work setting.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a virtual team environment, supporting Mahikeng and beyond.
