• Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products/services and generate leads.
• Respond promptly and professionally to inbound sales inquiries via phone and email.
• Conduct needs assessments to understand customer challenges and propose suitable solutions.
• Manage sales pipeline, track customer interactions, and maintain accurate CRM data.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to close deals.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

• Previous experience in an inside sales or customer-facing role is required.
• Exceptional communication, active listening, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain motivation in a remote setting.
