About the Role

Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager to oversee their sales operations in a key region including Sandton . This leadership role involves developing and executing sales strategies, managing a team of sales professionals, and achieving ambitious revenue targets. You will be responsible for expanding market share, fostering strong client relationships, and driving sales performance across your assigned territory.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed targets within the designated sales area.
• Recruit, train, coach, and manage a high-performing sales team.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and potential markets for company products/services.
• Ensure adherence to company sales policies and ethical standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of sales experience, with at least 4 years in a sales management or leadership role.
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Experience managing sales teams in the Gauteng region is a strong asset.
