About the Role

Our client is seeking a results-driven and experienced Remote Hotel Sales Manager to lead their sales efforts and drive revenue growth across their portfolio. In this fully remote position, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, building strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other key partners. Leveraging your expertise in the hospitality sales landscape, you will identify new business opportunities and achieve ambitious sales targets, all while working from your chosen location.

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue goals for the hotel group.
• Identify, solicit, and secure new corporate, group, and leisure business.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and travel industry partners.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities for sales growth.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Manage the sales pipeline, track progress, and provide regular sales reports to senior management.

• Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in hotel sales , with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective sales strategies.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, adapted for remote interactions.
• Strong understanding of the hospitality market, including corporate and leisure segments.
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
