We are looking for an Executive VIP Account Manager in New Jersey, United States to cater for our absolute top tier clientele in the New Jersey region. As Executive VIP Account Manager you are responsible to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers and actively seek solutions to potential problems as well as engaging customers' attention and loyalty. If you have a flair for VIP client communication and understand consumer behavior, we would like to meet you.

Responsibilities include:

• Identify and assess customer needs to deliver service that consistently exceeds expectations.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
• Take the extra mile to engage customers through various platforms.
• Arrange activities tailored to customers' preferences in the designated market, e.g. sport events.
• Go above and beyond to create positive and memorable customer experiences.
