Retail Sales Consultant

Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and results-oriented Retail Sales Consultant for their store in Richards Bay. You will be the face of the brand, responsible for engaging customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them towards the best product solutions. This role requires a blend of strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering superior customer experiences, contributing to the store's success in the vibrant Kwa Zulu-Natal market.

While the core role is in-store, occasional remote administrative or training activities may be required.

• Proactively engage with customers to identify their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through effective sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
• Stay updated on product features, benefits, and promotional activities to effectively communicate value to customers.
• Assist with maintaining store presentation standards and ensuring a positive shopping environment in Richards Bay.

• Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably within retail.
• Demonstrated ability to meet sales goals and drive revenue.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
• A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help customers.
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays, with the potential for some remote work coordination.
