Sales Consultant

Our client is seeking a proactive and skilled Sales Consultant to join their remote team, serving clients in the East London, Eastern Cape area and beyond. This position focuses on engaging potential customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the sales process to successful conversion. You will operate primarily through digital channels, making this role ideal for an independent individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for driving sales results from a remote setting.

Your expertise will be key in building relationships and achieving sales targets in a dynamic market.

• Engage with prospective clients via phone, email, and video calls to understand their requirements.
• Provide detailed product information and tailor solutions to meet individual customer needs.
• Manage the sales cycle from initial contact through to closing, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
• Achieve and consistently exceed individual sales targets and performance metrics.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities within the company CRM system .
• Collaborate with the marketing team to leverage leads and provide feedback on campaign effectiveness.

• Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in a consultative capacity.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales goals .
• Excellent communication, listening, and persuasion skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and self-discipline for remote work.
