Growth Manager, Sales

As a Growth Manager, you’ll be instrumental in owning and managing the full sales cycles, from lead qualification through to onboarding. This role blends organisation and a proactive approach to sales, with the management of outbound campaigns and collaboration with key teams and stakeholders.

• Business Development & Sales: Maintain and grow a healthy, well-qualified sales pipeline. Execute outbound campaigns across Linked In, email and relevant channels, organise pitch meetings, manage inbound leads and report on activity levels.
• Market Insights: Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform targeting strategy. Work with marketing to align lead generation effort, supporting networking, events, content production and an efficient feedback loop from prospects to shape service development and positioning.
• Collaboration & Process: Partner with delivery teams to shape winning solutioning, contributing to continuous improvement of sales processes and the successful onboarding on new clients with clear handovers to delivery.
• Success Measures: Deliver consistent weekly outbound activity, resulting in growth in qualified conversations and opportunities. Maintaining a well-management and up-to-date CRM pipeline, with strong follow-up discipline.

We’re looking for someone with expertise in sales and business development who excels in delivering results and working collaboratively. Ideally, you’ll bring:

• Experience: 3+ years in a B2B sales (ideally an agency) or professional services sales or growth role
• Platform/Tech Knowledge: CRM management and reporting
• Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
