Commercial Account Executive

The Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive for a unique opportunity within a leading insurance Broker's Bristol office. This is not a pure new business role. The successful candidate will inherit a substantial book of mid-corporate business (circa 250,000 income) with the primary focus on servicing and retaining these clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and develop an existing portfolio of mid-corporate clients

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Secure client renewals and ensure high retention rates

Generate some new business, with a realistic first-year target

What We're Looking For:

An experienced Account Executive who thrives on building and looking after a client book Someone who is not looking for a pure, cold new business development role Experience managing clients in the mid-corporate space (c.10k - 75k premium)
Ambitious, enthusiastic and capable

What We Offer:

A significant book of business from day oneA competitive and open salary (c.50,000 - 90,000, dependent on experience)
Flexible working, with an expectation of 2 days per week in the Bristol office
