Sales Development Representative

SDRs at Loyalty Lion play a crucial part in our high-performing sales team. They are the first point of contact for our prospective customers, and are responsible for educating them about our product and value proposition.

• Build and manage your own sales pipeline and hit activity targets
• Qualify and connect with new leads via Linked In messaging, emails, calls and live chat.
• Learn the product and value proposition thoroughly, in order to educate prospective customers
• Create qualified opportunities for the Account Executive team
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM/Salesforce system
• Collaborate with revenue operations, marketing and other teams to improve our sales processes and outreach strategies
