Remote Sales Representative

Position: Remote Sales Representative — 25% Commission (Worldwide)
Bothmade is a UK digital studio that creates high-quality websites, web applications and digital products for ambitious businesses. We are looking for a proactive, commercially minded sales representative who can open doors, build trust and turn qualified conversations into paid projects.

Compensation is 25% commission on eligible project fees actually received from clients you bring to a successful close. There is no base salary or guaranteed income.

What you’ll do

• Find and approach businesses that would benefit from a new website, web app or digital product.

• Start thoughtful outreach, identify decision-makers and qualify opportunities.

• Understand each prospect’s goals, budget and timeline.

• Book and support discovery calls with the Bothmade team.

• Keep opportunities organised and help move serious prospects through to a signed, paid project.

What we’re looking for

• Experience in B2B sales, agency sales, digital services or business development.

• Strong written and spoken English.

• Confidence with outbound prospecting and relationship-building.

• Self-direction, good judgement and a focus on quality over spam.

• An existing network is helpful, but not required.

The opportunity
This is a worldwide remote, commission-only independent contractor role, initially for 12 months. You control where and when you work. You earn 25% of eligible project fees actually received by Bothmade from clients you bring to a successful close, with no cap on commission. There is no base salary or guaranteed income. Lead attribution and payment timing are set out in the written contractor agreement.
