Key Responsibilities- Consult with clients to understand their preferences, budget, and travel requirements for luxury experiences.
- Design and customize exclusive travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, tours, and unique activities.
- Manage all booking arrangements, confirmations, and payment processing with precision.
- Provide expert advice on destinations, visa requirements, travel insurance, and local customs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients before, during, and after their trips, ensuring seamless service.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with luxury travel suppliers and partners worldwide.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Travel Advisor, specializing in the luxury market.
- Extensive knowledge of global destinations, high‑end accommodations, and luxury travel trends.
- Proven sales record and ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in GDS (Global Distribution System) and travel booking platforms.
