As we continue to expand, we're seeking motivated individuals who are eager to develop professionally, build strong client relationships, and advance into leadership opportunities. This is a fully remote position offering flexibility, mentorship, and uncapped earning potential.

• Meet virtually with clients to review benefit options and identify their needs
• Build and maintain positive relationships through exceptional customer service
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs
• Collaborate with team leaders to achieve performance goals
• Assist with onboarding and mentoring new team members as you grow within the organization
• Track activity and maintain accurate client records
• Represent the company with professionalism and integrity during all client interactions

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Comfortable using virtual meeting platforms and basic computer applications
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Sales, customer service, hospitality, or leadership experience is helpful but not required
• Coachable individuals who thrive in a performance-driven environment
