We are growing established marketplace accounts while developing new channels and business models across Europe, creating plenty of opportunity for someone who wants to make things happen rather than simply manage what is already there.

HG is looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Online Key Account Manager to help accelerate our growth across  , Allegro, Tik Tok Shop and other 3P marketplaces in Europe
.

This is a commercial e-commerce role for someone who enjoys combining numbers, customer management and hands-on execution. You will help manage and grow our marketplace accounts, working across sales, forecasting, pricing, promotions, assortment and availability to identify opportunities and turn them into results.

We are looking for someone with a strong entrepreneurial mindset
. Someone who takes initiative, spots opportunities, gets into the numbers and is motivated by building and growing a business rather than simply maintaining an account.

You will work closely with colleagues across our European markets, Supply Chain, Finance, Brand, Content and Performance Marketing and

you will report directly to the Online Growth & Content Director.

What will you do?

Help manage and grow HG’s business with , Allegro, Tik Tok Shop and selected 3P marketplace partners
.

Build commercial account plans and identify opportunities to grow sales and profitability.

Own and maintain sales forecasts
, incorporating trends, promotions, seasonality and growth initiatives.

Monitor performance against forecast and turn deviations into clear actions.

Analyse sales, pricing, promotions, assortment, profitability and availability to understand what is driving performance.

Identify opportunities to expand HG’s assortment and presence across marketplaces.

Work closely with Supply Chain to ensure the right stock and availability to support commercial plans.

Collaborate with Brand, Content and Performance Marketing to make sure commercial opportunities are supported by strong online execution.

Keep an eye on competitors, market developments and new marketplace opportunities.

Take ownership of commercial issues and follow them through to resolution.

Turn data and insights into practical recommendations and actions.

What you bring

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Business, Economics, Marketing, Commercial Management or a related field.

Commercial experience within e-commerce, online retail, marketplace account management or another relevant customer-facing commercial environment.

Experience working with commercial fundamentals such as sales forecasting, revenue, pricing, promotions and profitability
.

Strong analytical skills and confidence working with sales and performance data.

Good Excel skills and comfortable working with numbers.

Fluent professional English
, both written and spoken.

Knowledge of Dutch, Polish or another European language is an advantage

Experience in FMCG, consumer goods, home care, DIY or another consumer-focused sector is a plus.
