• Lead end-to-end operation of sales compensation program.
• Own commission calculations, CaptivateIQ administration, plan implementation, and seller support.
• Drive continuous improvement across an increasingly complex, multi-product GTM organization.

• Own CaptivateIQ administration, configuration, data integrity, and scalability.
• Translate approved plans into accurate system configuration across products and geographies.
