• Engage with potential customers to explain the benefits and features of solar energy systems.
• Conduct thorough site assessments to determine the feasibility and optimal design of solar installations.
• Prepare and present customized proposals and quotes to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales, ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new customers.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through prospecting and lead follow-up.
• Collaborate with installation teams and customer support to ensure project success and client satisfaction.

• Proven experience in field sales, particularly within the renewable energy or home improvement sectors.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Strong understanding of solar energy systems and their benefits is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for site visits within the territory.
