VP, Senior Living Sales; Fully Remote

• Build the team:
  Partner with the SVP & GM to define the coverage model, recruit, onboard, and ramp a national team of Enterprise and Regional sellers.
• Own the number:
  Carry full accountability for Senior Living new bookings, run a disciplined forecast and pipeline cadence, and stay engaged in top strategic opportunities.
• Set the standard:
  Define and enforce a five-star prospect experience through the early buying stages, from response-time SLAs to tailored demos.

Required Skills:

• 10+ years in healthcare IT or SaaS sales to provider organizations, with a record of exceeding quota.
• 4+ years leading sales teams with proven success in meeting bookings objectives and developing sellers.
• Demonstrated ability to build from scratch in a start-up, carve-out, or transformation environment.
