Part-time/Full-time
What you’ll earn- Part Time
- $12 per hour + $3 bonus for every appointment that’s attended
- Full Time
- $2,000 per month + $3-5 bonus for every appointment that’s attended
Comfortable on the phone and good with people? Join our team and help Singaporeans take the first step toward getting their finances sorted. You won’t be selling products or giving financial advice. Your job is to start the conversation and book the meeting.
What you’ll do- Call leads we provide and introduce our complimentary financial review
- Book appointments for our consultants
- Follow the script and handle common questions with confidence
- Log every call outcome accurately and follow up on missed calls
- Comfortable making calls and able to hear "no" without taking it personally
- Clear spoken English
- Organised and honest with call records
- Telemarketing, sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Available at least 15 hours a week
- Option to work from home after a 1 month trial
- Proper training on how financial advisory works from the inside
- Flexible shifts that fit around studies or another job
