Insurance Sales Manager

Our client is searching for a motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Manager to lead their sales team in Pretoria . This role is crucial for driving revenue growth and expanding market share within the insurance sector. You will be responsible for setting sales targets, coaching and motivating the sales force, and developing innovative sales strategies to attract and retain clients in the Gauteng area.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in insurance sales, with at least 3 years in a management or leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Strong understanding of insurance products and the South African market.
