Regional Sales Manager

ECO Oxygen Technologies, LLC (ECO2) is an independent company headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana, that designs and manufactures Super Oxygenation systems for water and wastewater treatment. Founded in 2000, ECO2 provides sustainable, environmentally friendly alternatives to traditional chemical treatment, helping municipal and industrial clients prevent odors and corrosion, improve water quality, and get more out of their existing infrastructure.

ECO2 is seeking a motivated, technically capable, and results-oriented Regional Sales Manager to join our growing team. This position is responsible for increasing sales of ECO2 technology within an assigned geography or market segment — developing new business, building relationships with utilities and consulting engineering firms, and advancing projects from initial opportunity through sale and implementation.

You will work closely with ECO2 engineering, applications, operations, and management personnel, as well as municipal and industrial clients, consulting engineers, contractors, and sales representatives. This is a remote position with approximately 25% travel. Relocation is not required.

• Develop and execute a sales strategy for an assigned geography or market segment.
• Identify, qualify, develop, and close new opportunities with municipal, industrial, and environmental customers.
• Build long-term relationships with utilities, consultants, engineers, contractors, and strategic partners.
• Work with ECO2 application and engineering personnel to develop technical solutions, proposals, and presentations.
• Support and grow assigned outside sales representatives and channel partners.
• Represent ECO2 at conferences, trade organizations, customer meetings, and site tours.
• Maintain an accurate pipeline, forecast, and activity record in the ECO2 CRM.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, engineering technology, business, environmental science, or a related field — or equivalent technical and sales experience.
• 5–7 years in water/wastewater, environmental, industrial, engineering, technical sales, or consulting.
• Demonstrated sales, business development, or customer-facing experience.
• Strong technical aptitude and the ability to understand equipment, treatment processes, and engineering concepts.
• Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and follow-up skills.
• Willingness to travel, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds.

An engineering degree, P.E. licensure, and experience selling or specifying water and wastewater treatment equipment are preferred but not required.

Base salary range is $100,000 – $120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications, plus medical, dental, and vision insurance, profit sharing, bonus programs, company-paid life and disability insurance, and support for continuing education and professional licensure.
