As a full-cycle Insurance Broker, you will own the entire sales process, from initial outreach to closing deals. You'll be empowered to manage your pipeline independently, develop strong client relationships virtually, and drive your own success.

As part of the hiring process, you'll first join a high-level group career overview to learn more about the opportunity and career path. Following the group overview, you'll have a one-on-one conversation with a member of the leadership team to discuss the opportunity in more detail.

• Conduct proactive outreach to potential clients via phone and video calls.
• Build rapport and trust with prospects, understanding their unique insurance needs.
• Present tailored insurance solutions, clearly explaining policy benefits and features.
• Manage your sales pipeline from lead generation through to deal closure.
• Navigate and utilize CRM systems to track client interactions and sales progress.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.
• Stay updated on industry trends and product offerings to provide expert advice.

This role offers a commission-only structure, providing substantial earning potential for high performers. Successful brokers can expect to earn between $75,000 and $145,000 annually, with your income directly reflecting your sales achievements and dedication.
