Customer Sales & Engagement Specialist

Location: Bremerton, WA
Schedule: Full Time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Pay: $25 to $30 per hour, DOE + Performance Bonuses

The Customer Sales & Engagement Specialist will serve as the primary point of contact for customers from initial inquiry through project completion. This role combines customer service, sales, proposal preparation, and project coordination to ensure an outstanding customer experience.

• Respond to inbound customer inquiries by phone, email, and website submissions.
• Learn customer needs and recommend appropriate surveying services.
• Prepare and send proposals for routine projects using company guidelines.
• Follow up on proposals and maintain accurate customer records.
• Serve as the customer's primary nontechnical point of contact throughout the project.
• Provide project updates and coordinate communication between customers and internal teams.
• Monitor project progress and help identify delays, roadblocks, or issues requiring attention.
• Escalate technical questions or complex situations to surveying professionals as needed.
• Support business development and lead generation activities when needed.

• Experience in customer service, sales, project coordination, or a related role.
• Strong communication and relationship building skills.
• Highly organized with strong follow through.
• Comfortable using business software and learning new systems.
• Ability to manage multiple customers and projects at the same time.
• Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and know when to elevate issues.
• No surveying experience required.

• Experience with CRM or project management software.
• Experience preparing proposals, estimates, or quotes.
• Background in surveying, engineering, construction, real estate, architecture, or other professional services.
• Experience with consultative or service based sales.
