Regional Sales Manager

We are looking for an autonomous, results-driven Regional Sales Manager with a strong "hunter" mindset to accelerate the growth of our industrial wastewater business and hit aggressive 2026 performance objectives. This role bridges complex chemical and process engineering with high-stakes commercial negotiations, driving order intake, expanding market reach, and converting technical opportunities into closed business.

You will be joining FRC Systems International, a specialized business within Sulzer's water treatment portfolio and Center of Excellence. FRC is a recognized leader in custom industrial wastewater treatment solutions - Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) systems, industrial screens, and biological treatment systems. In this role, you will be a vital part of Sulzer's end-to-end water treatment portfolio, providing lifecycle-optimized solutions that help heavy industries meet environmental regulations and sustainability commitments.

Drive sales visits, client presentations, and project initiations across the assigned market. Review customer Requests for Quotation (RFQs) to ensure specifications match company capabilities. Take ownership of the commercial proposal, determining pricing guidelines and negotiating final terms. Provide technical expertise and answer customer inquiries regarding complex wastewater problems. Work Arrangement:
Open to candidate relocation, with strong potential for remote/home-office flexibility supported by heavy regular travel to conduct on-site customer visits.

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemical, Industrial, Process Engineering, or Physics.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working within water or water-related industries.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or business development, ideally involving capital equipment or complex technical systems.
