Responsibilities

Prospect and engage new clients through phone, text, email, and community outreach
Build rapport with prospects and identify their insurance needs
Educate clients on coverage options and recommend appropriate solutions
Follow agency sales processes and compliance guidelines
Consistently follow up with leads to maximize conversion opportunities
Maintain accurate records and activity tracking within agency systems
Collaborate with team members to achieve agency growth goals

Requirements

Strong sales mindset with a high level of energy and motivation
Excellent phone presence and communication skills

Self-driven and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic
Ability to build trust and relationships with prospective clients
