Role OverviewTekmetric is seeking high-energy and independent sales professionals to join its rapidly expanding sales team. The Account Executive will own the full sales cycle, build strong relationships with decision-makers, and contribute to the company’s mission of transforming the auto repair industry.
Key Responsibilities- Achieving and exceeding sales targets through full ownership of the sales cycle
- Identifying decision-makers and managing multiple stakeholders
- Understanding market needs and refining sales tactics
- Presenting product value and negotiating deals
- Providing insights to Product and Operations teams
- Collaborating with Marketing on promotional materials when needed
- Supporting customer onboarding with internal teams
- Building strong community relationships and representing Tekmetric at events
- Partnering with leadership on roadshow opportunities
- 2+ years of inside sales experience (B2B SaaS preferred)
- Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal, in-person)
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Ability to learn new software quickly
- High activity level: calls, emails, meetings
- Ability to travel quarterly
