Join the CAA Team as a Work From Home Inbound Sales Advisor. This full-time role involves selling and upgrading memberships from the comfort of your home while ensuring member safety.

As a member of CAA SCO Systems & Services Inc., you’ll engage customers in a meaningful sales experience. This position requires strong sales acumen, a customer-centric approach, and a determination to meet shared goals. Comprehensive training, including obtaining your sales license, is provided to set you up for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential and existing members over the phone

• Sell and upgrade travel medical insurance services

• Participate in paid training and onboarding sessions

• Meet internal quality standards and KPIs consistently

• Use effective communication to build relationships

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education completion

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience

• 1-2 years of demonstrated sales experience

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Reliable internet and dedicated work area
