Position: CAA Club Group Sales Advisor Remote

This position involves working from home, selling and upgrading CAA memberships to both prospective and existing members, ensuring their safety and peace of mind.

Your role on the Membership Sales team requires dedication, outstanding customer service skills, and a strong work ethic. Training for travel medical insurance sales will be provided to ensure your success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell travel medical insurance as part of membership offerings

• Upgrade existing memberships with insightful recommendations

• Provide exemplary service during all interactions

• Achieve and maintain internal performance metrics

• Complete required training and licensing sessions

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education completion

• 2-3 years of customer service experience

• 1-2 years of sales experience

• Licensed to sell Accident & Sickness Insurance an asset

• Positivity and effective communication skills
