Gillis Sales is seeking a Regional Director of Sales (RDOS) to lead strategic outbound and proactive sales for 6 multi-branded hotels across the USA and/or Canada. This home-based role reports to an Executive Director of Sales Performance and requires travel for in-market visits 2-4 times per year.
The position offers a base salary of $70K USD plus quarterly incentives and an annual profit-sharing bonus, along with 31 paid days off, a comprehensive benefits package, and team offsites.
