To support our international growth, we are looking for a motivated and technically minded Sales Executive to join our Dubai-based Free Zone company. The successful candidate will work remotely (Home Office) in Dubai and actively develop business opportunities across the UAE region.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities, building strong relationships with lighting distributors, importers, lighting designers, architects, consultants, contractors, and project developers.
Project Pipeline Management: Track and follow up on architectural and commercial lighting projects across the UAE from initial contact to order closure.
Technical Promotion: Promote Fiberli’s comprehensive LED lighting portfolio and provide suitable product recommendations based on specific project requirements.
Sales & Negotiation: Prepare technical/commercial quotations, negotiate terms, and manage the end-to-end sales process.
HQ Coordination: Coordinate closely with Fiberli’s headquarters and technical teams regarding product specifications, customized engineering solutions, and project delivery.
Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities within the region.
Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate customer records, CRM pipelines, weekly sales reports, and strategic business plans.
Brand Representation: Represent Fiberli professionally in customer meetings, industry events, and trade fairs.

Skills

Requirements

Educational Background: A degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Lighting Design, or a related technical field is highly preferred.
Industry

Experience:

Proven sales experience in the lighting industry, with a strong focus on architectural, facade, or project-based LED lighting.
Technical Competence: Solid understanding of LED lighting products, technical specifications, and project-based sales workflows.
Local Network: Existing contacts within the UAE lighting market (distributors, consultants, contractors, or lighting designers) is a significant advantage.
Work Environment: Self-motivated, commercially driven, and fully capable of working independently in a structured home-office environment.
Communication: Excellent written and spoken English skills; strong negotiation and presentation capabilities.
Mobility & Legal: Must be based in Dubai (or willing to relocate) with a valid UAE driving license.
