• Research and identify high-value prospects in target industries
• Craft personalised outreach sequences for email and Linked In
• Qualify inbound leads and book discovery calls
• Support sales team with research and lead intelligence
• Create content for newsletters, social media, and blog
• Track and optimise conversion metrics across the funnel
• Build and maintain our prospect database and CRM

• 1-3 years in B2B sales, marketing, or business development
• Excellent writing skills with attention to detail
• Experience with CRM systems (Hub Spot, Salesforce, etc.)
• Strong research skills and ability to understand complex business needs
• Comfortable with data analysis and performance tracking
• Self-motivated with strong organisational skills
• Bonus:
  Experience in SaaS, AI/tech, or startup environments
