This is a remote, full-time position with a focus on client relationship management, project oversight, and ensuring customer satisfaction. • Manage client accounts and serve as the main point of contact for clients
• Ensure client satisfaction through regular communication, updates, and issue resolution
• Coordinate and oversee project timelines, deliverables, and internal teams
• Provide ongoing support to clients to ensure their needs are met
• Identify opportunities for upselling or expanding services with current clients

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with remote work tools (e.g., Slack, Asana, Trello)
• Must be based in the United States or Europe
