Roxsanna Wiley's Allstate Agency is seeking driven, relationship-focused professionals to join our team as Remote Insurance Sales Advisors. We're looking for licensed insurance professionals who are confident building relationships, closing sales, and providing an excellent customer experience — all while working remotely.

This is a fully remote sales position offering a $35,000–$40,000 base salary plus commission, professional development, and opportunities for long-term career growth.

• Connect with prospective customers by phone, email, and other virtual communication channels
• Identify customer insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage
• Quote and sell auto, home, renters, life, and other insurance products
• Follow up consistently with leads and maintain an active sales pipeline
• Conduct coverage reviews and identify additional protection opportunities
• Build strong customer relationships that generate referrals and repeat business
• Educate customers on coverage options and help them make informed decisions
• Meet and exceed individual sales goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records within agency systems

• Active Property & Casualty insurance license required
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
• Previous insurance sales experience strongly preferred
• Additional sales experience in banking, automotive, mortgage, telecommunications, retail, or other customer-facing industries valued
• Strong phone communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Ability to stay organized, manage multiple opportunities, and consistently follow up with prospects
• Comfortable working toward sales goals and performance expectations
• Coachable attitude and desire for continued professional growth
