• $22.00 CAD/hour
• Uncapped monthly commission

• Make outbound and receive inbound calls to new customers
• Recommend fiber and satellite internet service upgrades
• Identify customer needs using a consultative sales approach
• Build rapport and deliver outstanding customer service
• Handle objections professionally and confidently ask for the sale
• Meet quality,productivity and sales goals
• Accurately document customer interactions

• Must be able to speak, read, and understand both English and French fluently
• Minimum 6 months of sales experience preferred
• Outbound callcenteror inside sales experience is an asset
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Reliable high-speed internet with Ethernet connection (Wi‑Fi not supported)
• Mustresidein and be legally authorized to work in Canada
