Velotic is seeking a detailed and strategic Sales Compensation Analyst to own the administration of our variable pay plans. You will manage monthly and quarterly incentive calculations for about 200 quota-carrying reps, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
In this role you’ll partner with Sales, Finance, HR, Payroll and leadership to calibrate rules, quotas, territory assignments, and plan documentation while driving process improvements and auditability across our compensation programs.
