Sr. Business Development Manager, Corporate Training Solutions; Fully Remote

• Lead and develop a team of four Business Development Managers, driving performance and accountability.
• Manage enterprise accounts and personally contribute to revenue goals.
• Identify and close new corporate partnerships for training programs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of business development or enterprise sales experience.
• Experience in sales leadership or team management.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and coaching skills.
